At Zelth (operated by MYTECHNOLOGIES BRAND SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED), we strive to create a fair and competitive environment for all participants. Please read our policy regarding entry fees and registrations carefully.
1. Non-Refundable Entry Fee
⚠ Important: The entry fee paid to sign up for any fitness challenge on Zelth is strictly non-refundable. Once the payment is processed, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Failure to participate in or complete the challenge
- Inability to meet the performance criteria (e.g., pace or distance requirements)
- Technical issues with third-party tracking apps (e.g., Nike Run Club)
- Change of mind or personal scheduling conflicts
2. Challenge Completion & Rewards
The entry fee covers your participation and access to the challenge platform.
"Cashback" and "Prizes" are performance-based rewards and are not considered refunds of the entry fee. Eligibility for these rewards is determined solely by the challenge rules and validation of your run data.
3. Cancellation of Challenge
In the rare event that Zelth cancels a challenge entirely due to unforeseen internal circumstances, a full refund of the entry fee will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
